Chopsticks

Somehow Sparkle has figured out how to work chopsticks. Several times in the past week she has asked for chopsticks when the meal didn't call for it.

The first time was when Wander cooked a meal with rice and gravy. Sparkle requested her rice plain and grabbed some chopsticks. She pretended to be Mulan from the Disney movie and repeatedly quoted a few lines.

Sunday she wanted to eat her green beans with chopsticks. The Mulan quotes were still there, but it was a bit odd considering that she was eating green beans instead of rice.

Monday she ate her salad with chopsticks. The pizza, however, she did eat normally.

Tuesday, she ate her pasta with chopsticks, first picking out all the shrimp. She had a bit of trouble after she poured alfredo sauce on the pasta, which make the food more slippery, but she managed all the same. (Note the unused fork on her napkin!)

Thursday, she was back at the chopsticks to eat a slice of cheese and taquitoes.
